We are Renovation is a newly formed company, our team is highly skilled, highly motivated and are eager to show you what we can do.
Our director was a project manager at a few refurbishment companies, overseeing and managing many projects, ranging from £10,000 - £2.5m.
Our director gained valuable experience within these companies and increased his knowledge, however the dream was always to start his own, using what he has learned, and incorporating new ideas to exceed client expectation and to change the renovation experience.
We know that any kind of renovation, big or small, is a bit daunting. Sometimes you do not know where to start, what first steps to take, and how to manage the process, but with We are Renovation, this experience is exciting, the opportunity to see your ideas, thoughts and plans come to life before your eyes is extremely satisfying.
We want to change the renovation game, we want to make this process as stress free, easy and enjoyable as possible for you, that is our pledge to our clients.

Preconstruction Design
The client usually has drawings ready when they come to us for estimates, however not to worry if you do not have them, we work with exceptional architects and can point you in the right direction. These drawings are important and will let us know exactly what you are trying to achieve.
Design & Construction Estimate
Once we have the architectural and structural drawings for we can then provide you with a estimate for the work desired.
The estimate is provided free of charge and will be easy to understand and is broken down so you can know where the costs are associated.
The start of the journey...
After our estimate is accepted, our team will get in touch to discuss with you potential start dates and also to ensure that both parties are clear on the works to be done.
Once a start date is in the diary, the construction process beings!
Throughout the project and until completion.
The project is now well underway and your ideas are coming to life! you are kept up to date regularly by your dedicated project manager, and welcome to walk through the works with the site manager to see the progression.
We are committed to ensuring that you are happy with the final product, once we complete the works, the project manager and the client will go through all the works in detail, checking and ensuring everything is up to our high quality and finish standard.
